Delicious Hot Chocolate Recipe

Saturday, January 12th, 2008

Not only is it incredibly romantic to snuggle up and sip hot chocolate with your significant other on a cold winter day, but it also a great way to warm your body when the temperature is cold outside. Below is a great tip to make your hot chocolate more delicious.

Instead of putting whipped cream at the top of your hot chocolate, try placing the whipped cream at the bottom of the cup. Add a small piece of Dove bar chocolate at the bottom and then fill with milk and hot chocolate mix. Gently mix with a spoon and heat in the microwave to desired temperature. Again gently mix with a spoon, making sure you scrape the bottom of the cup so that all of the Dove chocolate mixes well.

Adding Dove chocolate and whipped cream at the bottom of your cup will allow the flavors to mix through the hot chocolate mix. If the Dove chocolate is too rich for your taste buds, then just use the whipped cream. Whipped cream alone makes a delicious hot chocolate drink. You can fill your cup 1/2 - 3/4 full with the whipped cream.

This would be great to share with your Valentine.
