The following recipe can be used for Halloween or Thanksgiving. You can decorate it for Halloween or frost it with a cream cheese frosting for Thanksgiving. It is a moist and delicious pumpkin cake. You can cook it in a bundt pan for variation

PUMPKIN CAKE

5 eggs, beaten
3 C. pumpkin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 ½ C. sugar
2 cans evaporated milk
1 box yellow cake mix
½ C. butter, softened

Mix the beaten eggs, pumpkin, salt, cloves, sugar and evaporated milk together well. Pour into 9X12′ pan, sprayed with Pam. Mix butter into cake mix to crumble. Spread on top of pumpkin mixture. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or Whipped Cream on top.
